To print a monitoring form:
| • | Click on the Print icon, |
| • | Select Print Monitoring form from the menu bar, OR |
| • | Use the keyboard shortcut, Ctrl+M |
The monitoring form is a chart ready data collection form used to record patient monitoring data. It may also be used to print the data you have entered on the data tracker dialog.
Word template
Optionally, you may choose to use a word template for the monitoring form.
To use a word template, select this option on the Setup window.
Print preview
To preview the monitoring form before printing, click Print Monitoring form via the menu bar.
To bypass the preview and print immediately, click the print icon.
The preview window has seven command buttons:
