To enter a new intervention click the "Add" button. This calls up the intervention entry dialog.

Intervention entry dialog
The new intervention dialog has three sections which correspond to the three bands of the Intervention Display:

| • | Intervention description |
| • | Resolution |
All fields except "Detail" are required.
The pharmacist field is automatically filled in with your login name, it cannot be edited.
The following inputs are selected via drop down:

| • | Intervention Code |

| • | Physician |
| • | Time |
| • | Significance |
| • | Acceptance |
| • | If the intervention is not resolved at the time of entry, leave the status as pending. |
Name and MRN are free text entries.
Click "Save" to save your intervention.

Print monitoring form
The RxInterventions program may also be used to print monitoring forms.
After entering the intervention information, select a monitoring form in the "Print to" drop down, then click "Export". This will save the intervention and print out a monitoring form, filled in with the patient name, FIN, and physician.
