Physician data

This function is used to maintain the physician database.

To view and edit previously entered physician

Click on the desired name displayed in the drop down list.

Edit the desired data field.

Click the "Cancel" icon to discard changes.

Click the "Save" icon to save changes.

To enter a new physician

Click the "New user" icon on the databar.

Click the "Cancel" icon to cancel entry of a new physician.

Click the "Save" icon to save the new entry.

To delete a physician

Click on the desired name displayed in the drop down list.

Click the "Delete" icon.
