The function of the icons along the top of the print preview window are, from left to right:
Print dialog
Click this icon select printer, number of copies and initiate print.
Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + P
Page navigation
These 4 icons are active for multi-page reports only: First, previous, next, and last page.
Zoom drop down
Click the drop down to select from a list of pre-determined zooms.
Zoom in/out
Click the [ - ] icon to zoom out, the [ + ] icon to zoom in.
Close
Click the [ x ] icon to close the preview window.
Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + X
Copy to clipboard
Click this icon to copy the consult to the Windows clipboard.
Keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + C
You may then paste the consult into the EMR.
