To invoke the tweaker tool:
| • | Click Tools then Tweaker on the menu bar |
Please note: until a dose and interval has been correctly entered, this option is disabled.
The Tweaker tool allows you to change the current Vd or Kel parameters.
If you choose to "Hold clearance constant", tweaking either parameter will change the other based on this relationship:
Clearance = Kel X Vd
If you choose to "Allow clearance to change", tweaking either parameter will change the current clearance instead of the other parameter.
Click Close to exit the Tweaker tool without changing the current model.
Click Save to copy your tweaked values to the current model. If you then decide to revert back to the original parameters, just click the Calculate button again.
