To schedule levels and optionally print a lab data collection form:
| • | Select Print then Levels schedule from the menu bar. |
This function is used to determine the appropriate time for drawing serum levels by displaying a dose schedule and approach to steady state.
You may optionally print a form which is intended to be used by lab and nursing personnel to accurately record dose administration times and serum level draw times.
To print a levels collection form:
| 1. | Enter the dose number to draw levels around. |
| 2. | Select the type of draw. |
| 3. | Click print. |
