To view an alphabetical list of all records in the database:
| • | Click on the list icon |
To move through the list:
| • | Click on the scroll bar, or |
| • | Use the Up and Down arrow keys and the PageUp and PageDown keys on the keyboard. |
Or type the name in the search box, the list will scroll to match the name as you type.
To retrieve a record from the list, click the name, then click the Retrieve button, or double click the row you wish to retrieve.
To exit the list without retrieving a record, click Close.
