To view the previous consults for the current patient:
| • | Click on the View icon, OR |
| • | Select View Previous consults from the menu bar |

It is important that you print out your interventions. Each time a consult form is printed, the program saves the dose and patient information to a report file which allows viewing of previous consults and the preparation of clinical and workload reports.
Remember: printing a consult is the trigger to saving the consult. You do not need to physically print the consult, you may preview it, or simply copy it to the Windows Clipboard.
Sort consults
Click on any of the column headers to sort by that field, click again to sort in ascending order.
Reprint consult
To reprint a previous consult:
| • | Select the line by clicking the row selector on the far left then, |
| • | Click Reprint. (no graph is created with the reprint function). |
View consult
To view a previous consult:
| • | Select the line by clicking the row selector on the far left then, |
| • | Click View, OR |
| • | Double click the appropriate line. |
Please note: view and reprint will not work with consults of two word model names which were saved prior to version 1.2.19.
Delete consult
To delete a consult which was printed in error, select the line then press the delete key on the keyboard.
