A Microsoft Word document may optionally be used for the monitoring form.
The option to use a Word template is selected on the Setup window.
The program has a default word template which you may edit to suit your needs. Or, you may use your current monitoring form if it is in Word format.
The Kinetics program will search for a file named "Blank_PKmonitor.doc" in the same folder as the database. If it exists, this will be used as the template for the monitoring form print-out.
The program will automatically search and replace the following fields in "Blank_PKmonitor.doc" with patient specific data:
