KinPlot© is a pharmacokinetic plotting application used to visually compare serum level graphs of up to 6 dosage regimens.

• Enter the model parameters:
  • Half-life
  • F
  • Route
  • Infusion length or Ka if oral
  • Dose
  • Interval
  • Starting level
• Click "Graph" to create a serum level plot.
• The parameters are displayed in the grid.
• To simulate a continuous infusion:
  • Enter Infusion length of 60 minutes.
  • Enter the dose as mg per hour.
  • Enter an Interval of one hour.
• IVP correlates to a slow IV push over 6 minutes.
• You may compare up to 6 different dosing regimens on one graph.
