Archive moves data from the active database to an inactive database.

Older data that has already been reported should be archived.
This will speed up the program and make the data easier to manage.
For example, if you report quarterly, you should keep the current quarter in the active database.

Archive is password protected.
The first time you access this function, you set the password, so, please make sure you note the password.
Archive date
| • | All interventions prior to the selected date will be archived. |
| • | The date defaults to 6 months, i.e., only the last 6 months of interventions will be kept in the active database, all previous records will be archived. |
| • | You cannot archive the current month, otherwise, when to archive is up to you. |
| • | Again, it is important that you routinely archive your data. |
| • | Always perform the Repair database function after Archiving. |
