To edit the Areas lookup table, via the menu tree:

1.Click "File".
2.Click "Edit lookup tables".
3.Then click "Area data"


The Areas table is a listing of the physical areas of your hospital.



This table should be set up before using the program for the first time.


De-activating an area

To maintain data integrity, you cannot delete an area.

If you wish to de-activate an area, uncheck the IsActive check box.
