To edit the intervention code lookup table, via the menu tree:

| 2. | Click "Edit lookup tables". |
| 3. | Then click "Intervention codes" |
Intervention codes are shortcuts to a more detailed intervention description, for example:

This table should be set up before using the program for the first time.
De-activating an intervention code
To maintain data integrity, you cannot delete an intervention code.
If you wish to de-activate an intervention code, uncheck the IsActive check box.
