To edit the physician lookup table, via the menu tree:
| 1. | Click "File". |
| 2. | Click "Edit lookup tables". |
| 3. | Then click "Physician data" |
FYI: physicians may also be added "on-the-fly" as you enter interventions.
De-activating a physician
To maintain data integrity, you cannot delete a physician.
If you need to de-activate a physician, uncheck the IsActive check box.
