Database repair is called via the menu:
| • | Click "File", then "Repair database". |

To ensure that data is not corrupted, you should perform database maintenance at least monthly, and after each Archive.
Always make a backup copy of the database file (rxinterventions.mdb) before proceeding.
It bears repeating that you must backup your data regularly and often!
