Before entering any patient or Rx information

1. Confirm your Windows short date style

Set the Short Date style setting in Windows to a 4 digit year:

•	Open Control Panel

•	Select Regional settings

•	Select a Short Date style with a 4 digit year, preferably: MM/dd/yyyy (US), or dd/MM/yyyy (British)

3. Set your site specific information in the setup window.
