TPN Notes and Supplies

Notes

The notes are free form text entry fields used to record notes relevant to the current TPN.

The pharmacy note is not printed unless you select the option to "Print on worksheet".

The physician note is printed on the Rx form, you may also select the option to "Print on assessment".

Supplies

Click on the check box  to select the supply.  Selected supplies are printed on the worksheet.

The supplies which appear on the Wizard can be edited.  For more information on editing supplies, please see the topic, Supplies data maintenance.
