User data maintenance

This function is used to maintain the user database.
To view and edit previously entered user Click on the desired initials displayed in the drop down list. Edit the desired data field. Click the "Cancel" icon to discard changes. Click the "Save" icon to save changes.
To enter a new user Click the "New user" icon on the databar. Click the "Cancel" icon to cancel entry of a new user. Click the "Save" icon to save the new entry.
To delete a user Click on the desired initials displayed in the drop down list. Click the "Delete" icon.
