User data maintenance

This function is used to maintain the user database.

To view and edit previously entered user

Click on the desired initials displayed in the drop down list.

Edit the desired data field.

Click the "Save" icon to save changes.

Or click the "Cancel" icon to discard changes.

To enter a new user

Click the "New user" icon on the databar.

Click the "Save" icon to save the new entry.

Or click the "Cancel" icon to cancel entry of a new user.

To delete a user

Click on the desired initials displayed in the drop down list.

Click the "Delete" icon.

To reset a user's password

Click the Reset button.
