Please note: Physician look up is optional, you may free text the physician name.
To search the physician pop-up list, enter a few letters then either
| • | Press the Enter key or |
| • | Click the Look up button [...] to the right of the physician entry box. |
To select a physician, highlight a name in the list, then click the "Copy" button.
OR double click on the highlighted name.
To exit the lookup without retrieving, click the "Close" button
