To view the physician pop-up list, click the "Physician Look up" button to the right of the physican entry box.
To select a physician, select a row, then click the "Copy" icon.
To exit the lookup without retrieving, click the "Close" icon.
You may also add/edit/delete names to the physician database on this window:
| • | Click the "Add" icon to add a new physician name. |
| • | The row selector icon will change to an "*" to indicate you are adding, and the "Cancel" and "Post" icons will become enabled. |
| • | To edit a name, select it, then begin typing. The row selector icon will change to an "E" to indicate you are editing, and the "Cancel" and "Post" icons will become enabled. |
| • | Click the "Post" icon to save your changes or click the "Cancel" icon to cancel your changes. *Click the "Delete" icon to delete a name. |
