Click File on the menu bar then click Edit database | Physicians
This function allows you to maintain the list of physicians:
| • | Edit physician information |
| • | Add new physicians |
| • | Delete physicians |

This function is password protected. APK© without a password, the first time you access the edit physicians function it will ask for a password and then ask you to reenter to confirm it. Thereafter, this will be the password required to access the edit physicians function, so choose one that you can easily remember.
Databar
The physician database is accessed via the VCR-style databar. Understanding how to use the database navigation bar is the key. While the program is running, hold the mouse pointer over an icon and a tool tip pops up to tell you its function.
Limitations
You cannot have two physicians in the database with exactly the same name.
