Because this function is so powerful, it is restricted to the ADMIN account.
This function allows you to maintain the list of physicians:

Databar
The physician database is accessed via the VCR-style databar. Understanding how to use the database navigation bar is the key. While the program is running, hold the mouse pointer over an icon and a tool tip pops up to tell you its function.
Limitations
You cannot have two physicians in the database with exactly the same name.
